Our trainers guide you in correct techniques of meditation. Meditation is an art & a science. Our trainers help you with breathing techniques, concentration techniques to meditate correctly. Combined with Yoga Aasana’s, the 45 minute sessions of Meditation & Yoga are a powerful tool to harness the energy of Mind, Body & Spirit. Our package is designed to ensure that entire family benefits from the same. Terms and Conditions: Number of Sessions: Monday to Friday (Weekends are off) The online Batch available are 7 - 8 AM Morning 5 - 6 PM Evening Maximum People allowed are 2 in the group online classes. Any sessions cancelled from the trainers will be carried forward. *Customization available as per your requirements. *GST extra.
